Valentine’s Day Dinner

Im back in time for Valentines Day! I’ve been really excited about Valentines Day recently and I plan on putting together a nice dinner/date night set up in my room. I thought about going traditional steak and potatoes but thats honestly seemed pretty boring. I found some recipes on Pinterest that gave me some inspiration, but I haven’t decided yet. Here’s some of my options that are easy, cheap, and don’t require too much of anything!

You can buy frozen wings or get a pack from the meat section, as long as they’re thawed and cleaned (lets not get salmonella, thanks). If you are able to fry in your space do a shallow fry, just enough oil to cook one full side of the chicken at once then flip over, cook until golden brown. Lightly flour your chicken (feel free to season your flour as well), because thats how real wings are cooked. Season again or toss your wings in the sauce of your choice! Baking your wings are also an option but come on now, cook something you’ll actually like.

Who Doesn't Love Sliders?

You can literally throw anything from dust to mud on some Hawaiian Rolls and it’ll still kill. I made some cheesesteak sliders way back when and it was pretty darn simple. This is a really easy way to get creative in the kitchen, just cook your filling, assemble, and bake!

As Long As It Involves Chocolate…

Dessert should honestly be the least of your worries, we all know what the real treat is anyways! Ice cream sundaes, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, it really doesn’t matter. Make it cute, get some sprinkles or icing and make it look like you tried.

You can even finesse a fondue in your crockpot and dip everything you got. Melt that chocolate and go crazzzyyyy!
